He made sure everything arrived on time and in good condition, tuning took place on time, and pick up came on time. And pricing was comparable to similar companies. Bob is THE GUY for piano rental!! Amazing experience with these guys. They are so professional and easy to communicate with! We needed a white grand piano as a prop for a videoshoot asap! Of course they have full size real pianos, but the fact that they also have “dummy” prop pianos for your videoshoot is fantastic! They are lighter for transport and easy to move around for your shoot. Bob responded right away to my inquiry and worked within our tight time constraints and delivered exactly what we needed! Turns out the piano he rented to us was the very same piano that DOLLY PARTON used in the 2023 Super Bowl half time show!! It was custom built for that very show and he was the guy who designed it and had it shipped from Michigan to Dallas. We were able to rent it from him and it worked perfectly! Call these guys! You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Dallas Piano Rentals to arrange a grand piano rental for two duo- piano Christmas programs. Bob Rosenthal responded immediately with information about renting the piano. Bob was very professional and helpful in making a decision. All emails and calls were immediately returned. Unfortunately, because of Covid, the programs had to be canceled at the last minute. Bob was most understanding and I will definitely contact him again for future piano rentals.
