What types of pianos do you rent?
We offer a range of acoustic and digital options including uprights, grand and semi-concert grand pianos, professional portable stage pianos, hybrid pianos and baby grand piano shells for appropriate events. Availability varies by market and date.
How much does it cost to rent a piano?
Daily rentals start at $250 and monthly rentals start at $69. Final pricing depends on the piano, rental term, location, access and delivery/logistics requirements. Request a quote for exact pricing.
Do you offer long-term or monthly rentals?
Yes. Rental terms can include day, week, month and year options. Rental payments may be applied toward the purchase of the rented piano or another piano of equal value, new or pre-owned.
Can I rent a piano for just one day?
Yes. One-day rentals are common for weddings, concerts, corporate events, church programs and other special occasions.
Are your pianos available in different colors?
Availability varies by piano type and market. Tell us the look you prefer and we’ll recommend the best available option.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Contact us as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and we’ll confirm the revised term and pricing with you.
Do you deliver and pick up the piano?
Yes. We provide professional delivery, placement and pickup throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and beyond. Event schedules can include early-morning or late-night requirements.
Is the piano tuned before my event or delivery?
Every acoustic piano rental is professionally tuned after delivery and placement so the instrument is ready in the room where it will be played.
What happens if the piano needs attention during my rental?
Contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next step based on the instrument and rental situation.
Can the piano be moved after it has been delivered?
Please contact Dallas Piano Rentals before moving an acoustic piano. Proper moving protects the piano, the property and the setup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms can vary by reservation. The applicable terms will be provided with your quote or booking confirmation; please ask us about them before finalizing your rental.
